  • Ranger model mobile ready-mix concrete plants are manufactured with capacities of 60 and 90 m³. This model is installed on a flat surface using chemical anchors.
  • The installation time is significantly faster compared to other models.
  • It is considered an economical alternative for customers who require a mobile plant but do not require high capacity.
  • Coverings: Optionally, the Aggregate Bunker and Mixer Platform can be enclosed to protect your equipment from external factors such as wind and rain, while also preventing dust from escaping and disturbing the surrounding area.
  • Aggregate Bunker Mesh: The mesh system installed on top of the aggregate bunker prevents large stones from entering your bunker, thus preventing damage to your hoppers.
  • Moisture Probe: By measuring the moisture content of your wet sand and aggregates, it instantly reduces the amount of water in the recipe, maintaining the slump value of the concrete to be poured.
  • Aggregate Bunker Feeding Unit: Allows you to feed the aggregate bunker from ground level without the need for a ramp wall. Once the project is complete, you will not have to deal with demolition work of a concrete ramp wall.
